Scope of Agreement
By accessing this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between Flamingo Cementation and our corporate clients and candidates regarding our workforce outsourcing, labor recruitment, and support services across India.
1. Workforce Placements & supply
Flamingo Cementation supplies skilled, semi-skilled, and general labor based on client-defined timelines and qualifications. While we perform thorough candidate screenings, experience verifications, and compliance audits:
- Clients are responsible for verifying site-specific technical proficiencies during worker induction.
- Placements are subject to availability. Upon request, replacement manpower will be deployed in line with our standard service SLAs.
- Manpower requests must be submitted through our official contact desks or inquiry channels.
2. Client Worksite Safety Obligations
Maintaining high-standard, hazard-free work environments is critical. By hiring through Flamingo Cementation, clients agree to:
- Comply strictly with Indian statutory safety regulations and standard construction safety codes.
- Provide necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) specific to worksite operations.
- Immediately report any site accidents or safety concerns involving our deployed crew to our hotlines.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All contents, layout branding, logos, custom images, graphics, and text contained on this website are the sole property of Flamingo Cementation. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or harvesting of our database content or website styling for commercial/competitive purposes is strictly prohibited and subject to legal actions.
4. Limitation of Liability
Flamingo Cementation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the deployment of recruited crews, including but not limited to project delays, worksite operational errors, or profit losses. Any liability arising from contractual supply placements will be limited in accordance with the specific corporate service agreements executed.
5. Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject strictly to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
